l 793afe4390 Add In Extremo - Palästinalied, fix umlauts in slugs and PNG titles 
slugify dropped any character outside a-z0-9, so the song folder came
out as pal-stinalied. Umlauts are now spelled out and other accents are
reduced to their base letter.

PIL's default font has no umlauts either — the PNG title showed a box.
render_png prefers DejaVuSans when it is installed and falls back to the
default otherwise.

The vocal track is the one worth having here: two-part harmony
throughout, E4-E5, so the top voice fits the ocarina without any octave
folding. Bagpipes come along as a second part.
